LogiRoot subscriptions are purchased through AWS Marketplace, and billing, cancellation, and refunds are administered through AWS Marketplace.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the next renewal cycle. Pro-rated refunds available via Private Offer terms.

For refund requests or billing questions, contact support@logirootai.com and we will work with you and AWS Marketplace support to resolve the request.
