Refund Policy
Effective: April 25, 2026
Monthly subscriptions
LogiRoot subscriptions purchased through AWS Marketplace are billed monthly. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the AWS Marketplace management console. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Customers may cancel annual subscriptions through AWS Marketplace; access continues through the end of the prepaid term.
AWS billing
All payments are processed by AWS through your AWS billing account. AWS billing terms apply. Refund disputes related to billing must be initiated through AWS Marketplace support.
Service issues
If LogiRoot fails to meet the uptime targets stated on the product page, affected customers may request a service credit by emailing support@logirootai.com within 30 days of the affected billing period.
