Who we are

LogiRoot AI, Inc. ("LogiRoot", "we", "us") operates the LogiRoot Enterprise AI Governance Platform. Our registered address is 9655 Islesworth Way, Summerville, SC 29485.

What we collect

• Account data — email address, organization name, billing identifiers passed through AWS Marketplace.
• Operational data— governance evaluations submitted via API, including request metadata and policy results. Customer API request bodies are processed in-memory and may be persisted as compliance receipts at the customer's election.
• Telemetry — service-level logs, error traces, request counts, latency metrics. No customer payload contents are included in telemetry.

How we use it

• To deliver the governance service the customer subscribed to.
• To bill via AWS Marketplace.
• To investigate and resolve service issues.
• To improve the service in aggregated, non-identifying form.

Sharing

We do not sell customer data. We share data with:

• AWS — for hosting and Marketplace billing.
• LLM providers the customer chooses to integrate with — only payloads the customer explicitly routes through their integration.
• Authorities — when required by lawful process.

Retention

Compliance receipts are retained for the term of the subscription unless the customer requests deletion. Operational telemetry is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained for 7 years after subscription end for tax and audit purposes.

Customer rights

Customers may request export or deletion of their data by emailing support@logirootai.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API access is authenticated. We follow industry-standard practices and are working toward formal third-party attestation.

Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
